Editorial change log
The brief for this preview was to publish the current chapters without serious edits. Cleanup was limited to formatting, headings, and obvious typos, and the conversion script logs each change. Nothing below changes what a chapter says. Wording, claims, case studies, and the “search terms for ChatGPT” boxes are untouched, and they are flagged for the next editing pass in EVALUATION.md.
Em dashes in the source text were left in place, since replacing them means rewording sentences. The only new copy is the walkthrough section in the out-of-band management chapter, which is marked as added on the page.
